  Absolutely. We regularly host team building sessions, corporate functions, and private events. We can set up a dedicated VR area, assist with scheduling, and ensure a smooth flow of participants. Corporate groups can also request custom branding, competitions, or structured challenges.

• What is the maximum weight limit for the machines?

  Most machines support users between 220 lbs and 265 lbs depending on the model. Each VR simulator has slightly different limits, which we list on the individual product pages. If you are unsure, our team can confirm which machines are suitable for your group.

• What is the minimum age to use the machines?

  The minimum age varies by machine. Most units allow children starting at 5 years old, while some require a minimum of 8 years old. Younger riders may require parental supervision.

• How many rides or games are available per machine?

  Each machine comes with a library of content. Most single seat attractions include between 20 and 40 games or ride experiences. Multi seat simulators often include 8 to 20 cinematic rides. Content is updated regularly and we add new experiences whenever available.

• How long does each VR experience last?

  A typical VR ride lasts between 6 and 10 minutes depending on the selected game or cinematic experience. Shorter rides are designed to allow new users to get the feel for VR rides.

• Do users need previous VR experience?

  No experience is needed. Our systems are fully guided and staff are available to assist with headset fitting, seat adjustments, and ride selection.

• Is VR safe for children?

  Yes, as long as minimum age guidelines are followed. Some children may feel more sensitive to motion based experiences, so parents are encouraged to observe their child’s first ride.

• Can people with glasses use VR headsets?

  Most glasses fit comfortably inside the headsets. For large frames, we recommend removing them if possible. Our staff can assist with adjustments.

• Do you sanitize the equipment?

  Yes. All VR headsets, seats, and high contact points are sanitized between users. Hygiene covers and other protective measures are available when needed.

• Can I book a private VR session?

  Yes. We offer private sessions for individuals who want to explore the machines without waiting or who prefer a more controlled environment.
